Georgia Adaptive Open

The Georgia Adaptive Open is GSGA's annual adaptive golf championship, presented by Southern Company - the 2026 edition is the 7th playing. It features Overall, Women's, and Seated divisions with separate champions and scoring, and began in 2019.
Eligibility: Open to players from all disability categories with a recognized golf handicap index and an EDGA Access Pass or WR4GD Pass. GSGA membership and Georgia residency are not required.

A general youth golf development chapter in Aiken, SC that also runs the Els for Autism #GameON Golf program - adaptive golf instruction especially tailored for individuals on the autism spectrum, offered seasonally, focused on building self-esteem and confidence alongside golf, communication, regulatory, motor, and social skills.

While First Tee of Augusta does not currently list a separate, standalone "Adaptive Golf" clinic on their main seasonal schedule, they do actively accommodate and prioritize youth with disabilities within their standard Golf & Life Skills classes.

GSGA Saturday Kids Adaptive Golf Clinics

Designed for youth ages 5 and older with varying physical, cognitive, and sensory challenges, children are paired with trained adaptive golf coaches to learn new skills, build confidence, and have fun in a highly supportive environment. The remaining 2026 schedule through December includes sessions at the Bobby Jones Golf Course in Atlanta.

Range Fore Hope Foundation

Helping veterans heal through golf. Runs five free standing weekly adaptive golf clinics around Columbia, SC (Fort Jackson Golf Club Mondays, LinRick Golf Course Tuesdays, James E. Clyburn Golf Center Wednesdays, Cobblestone Golf Club Thursdays, Country Club of Lexington Tuesdays, all 5:30-6:30pm), plus an annual tournament series for active duty members, veterans, and military families, with special focus on combat veterans and disabled veterans.
